How to Send Store-to-Store
1. PAXI POINT
We've got over 2800 PAXI Points countrywide for you to choose from.
2. BUY A BAG
Buy a PAXI bag from only R59.95 from your nearest PAXI Point.
3. IDENTIFICATION
Bring your packed & sealed PAXI parcel along with your ID
4. DROP A PARCEL
Choose the destination and fill in the receiver's details. You'll receive a confirmation SMS soon after.
5. TRACK IT
Easily track your parcels on PAXI's website, the PAXI Portal or via WhatsApp @+27 21 010 1574
How to Send Store-to-Home
1. Buy a bag
Buy a Store-to-Home PAXI bag from your nearest PAXI point.
2. Register Online
Visit portal.paxi.co.za and register your parcel details, including the receiver’s info.
3. Drop Off
Head over to your nearest PAXI Point to drop off your parcel.
4. Track Your Parcel
Easily track your parcels on PAXI's website, SMS updates or via WhatsApp @+27 21 010 1574
5. Receive The Parcel
The recipient will receive a One Time Pin (OTP) via WhatsApp, which they will need to verify with the courier in order to receive their parcel
How to collect a PAXI parcel
1. Collection SMS
Once your parcel is ready for collection, you'll receive a one-time collection PIN (OTP) via SMS.
2. What's needed
Bring along your OTP and ID to the PAXI Point specified in the SMS.
3. Complete your collection
We'll scan your parcel and you'll be good to go.
