1. What are my delivery options?

1. We offer click and collect to any PEP store nationwide (limited to South Africa and excluding PEP Cell Stores). - Home Delivery
1. Certain High Risk Areas may be excluded for safety reasons, and we will alert you prior to you completing your order.
2. What are the delivery charges?

1. A R25 fee will apply for orders to main urban areas that are below R500
2. Orders of R500 and above: FREE. - Home Delivery
1. A R50 delivery fee will apply for orders that qualifies for delivery that are below R500
2. Orders of R500 and above: FREE delivery.
3. What is the estimated delivery time for orders placed online?

1. We will notify you once your selected PEP store receives your parcel, typically within 7 - 9 business days. - Home Delivery
1. You will receive your online order within 3 - 5 business days.
4. Can I track my order?

1. Yes, you can track your order by going into the tracking link you will receive when your order is on the way.
2. SMSβs will be sent to the customer to confirm the progress of the Click & Collect order.

5. Can I choose a specific date and time for my delivery?

6. What happens if Iβm not available at the delivery address when the order arrives?

1. You will be able to collect your parcel at your selected store within the store operating hours. - Home Delivery
1. If you are not home to accept your order, it will be deemed as a failed delivery and the courier willΒ contact you to make a 2nd delivery attempt. If the 2nd delivery attempt fails, the order will be sent to your nearest PEP store for you to collect.
7. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

8. Can I return or exchange items that were delivered to my home?

1. You may return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the Item(s) to your nearest PEP or PEP Home Store.
9. Can I arrange for a return to be collected from my home?
No, all returns must be done in person to your nearest PEP or PEP Home store.
10. What should I do if thereβs an issue with my Home Delivery order?

1. If you have any issues with the items you have purchased, please return it to your nearest PEP or PEP Home store; or

11. Can I cancel my order, and if so, what is the process for doing so?
Once you have placed your online order and paid, unfortunately we cannot change your order after that point.
12. Is there a minimum order value for Home Delivery?

1. There is no minimum order value for orders with Click & Collect but please note that a R25 fee applies to orders below R500 - Home Delivery

13. Can I pay forΒ myΒ Home Delivery order using cash on delivery, or are there specific payment options available?
You can pay with your debit card, credit card, Ackermans, Refinery, Tekkie Town, ShoeCity, Dunns or PEP Account store card. Unfortunately, you can not pay with cash for Home Delivery orders.
14. Can I send my parcel for delivery to my closest PEP Store?
Currently we offer Click & Collect to any PEP and PEP HOME store nationwide (limited to South Africa and excludes PEP Cell stores).
15. What happens if I do not collect my parcel from the store?
The Item(s) will be returned to the PEP warehouse and the payment method used for the online order will be credited?
