Women's Thermals & Vests

Thermals and camisole vests are lightweight base layers worn under clothes for warmth and coverage. A camisole adds a smooth layer under tops or knitwear and can prevent see-through, while thermal layers trap warmth in cold weather. Choose a camisole for everyday layering and coverage, or thermals when you need extra warmth.

Wear a camisole under sheer or light tops to prevent see-through, under knitwear for a soft layer against the skin, or on its own in warm weather. A seamless V-neck camisole sits smoothly under most necklines. It's a versatile layering piece that adds coverage, warmth and comfort depending on how you use it.

A close-fitting base layer like a thermal or camisole traps a thin layer of warm air against your skin, so wearing one under your jersey or top adds noticeable warmth without bulk. Layering this way lets you add or remove outer layers as the day changes, which is more flexible than one heavy garment.

Wash base layers in cool water and avoid high heat and fabric softener, which can damage stretch fibres over time. Air-drying rather than tumble-drying on high heat helps them keep their close, comfortable fit. Following the care label keeps seamless and stretch camisoles feeling smooth against the skin.

As base layers are worn close to the skin, check PEP's current returns policy, since items like vests may have hygiene conditions for returns — confirm the exact terms in-store or online before buying. Using the size guide first helps you get the right fit, and keep tags and any packaging until you're sure.
