Where can I find affordable school files and storage folders?

PEP offers a wide variety of ring binders, flip files, lever arch files, and carry folders at prices that will keep your budget neatly organised.

Do you stock multi-pocket flip files for school portfolios?

Yes! We stock standard 10, 20, 30, and 50-pocket flip files, which are perfect for keeping school projects, certificates, and worksheets neat and clean.

Are PEP lever arch files durable?

Yes, our lever arch files are built with strong, heavy-duty cardboard and robust metal mechanisms to handle daily use.

Do you sell plastic exam sleeves or page dividers?

Yes! We have all the filing accessories you need, including clear plastic pockets and colourful page dividers, to help your child stay organised.

What files and storage does my child need for school?

Check the school list, but common items include lever-arch or ring files for older students, flip files or display books for projects, dividers to organise subjects, and a pencil bag for everyday items. Younger children may need less. Buying to the list keeps papers and notes organised without buying storage the school doesn't require.

Which file size should I buy — A4 or A5?

A4 is the standard size for most school files, dividers and flip files, matching A4 exercise books and worksheets, while A5 is smaller for compact notes. Check your school's list, but A4 is the safe default for most subjects. Buying A4 means worksheets and books fit without folding.

Does my primary child need files or just exercise books?

Younger primary children often manage with exercise books and a pencil bag, needing fewer files, while older primary and high-school students use files to organise worksheets and notes across subjects. Check your school's list, as it specifies what each grade needs. Buying only what the list requires avoids unnecessary spend.
