Boys School Uniform - School Socks

Not at all. Our school socks are made with a touch of elastane to ensure they stay snugly in place all day long, keeping your boy looking smart from assembly to the final bell.

Yes, they are! Our value packs are a massive hit with South African parents, giving you multiple pairs of fresh, durable socks for one incredibly low price.

To keep whites looking bright, wash them with similar light colours and avoid washing them with dark school uniforms. A little soak in gentle bleach or lemon juice works wonders!

Yes! Our school socks feature reinforced heels and toes to handle extra friction, meaning fewer holes and less darning for you.

PEP stocks school socks in grey, navy, black and white. The right colour usually matches the uniform bottoms or the school's specified sock colour, so check your school's code before buying. Grey and black are the most common; buying the correct colour avoids an exchange and keeps the uniform looking neat and consistent.

Longer socks and thicker knits give more warmth for winter, especially worn with shorts on cold mornings, while shorter anklet socks are cooler and comfortable for warmer terms. Buying some of each covers the whole year. Check your school's sock rules, as some require a specific length regardless of season.

Five to seven pairs cover a school week with spares for losses and wear, which is realistic given how often school socks go missing or wear through. Multipacks make this affordable. Having enough means you're not washing socks every night and always have a clean, matching pair ready for the morning.
