How to send a parcel?
Sending a parcel with PAXI has never been easier, here's how you can do it:
1. PAXI POINT
Find your nearest PAXI point
2. BUY A BAG
Pop into your nearest PAXI point and buy a PAXI bag from only R59,95
3. IDENTIFICATION
Bring along your ID, fill and seal your parcel
4. DROP A PARCEL
Choose the destination PAXI point and complete the receiver’s details. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation SMS.
5. TRACK IT
We’ll share the tracking details via SMS, but you can also track your parcel on our website or via WhatsApp
How to collect a PAXI parcel?
Has your PAXI parcel just arrived? Here's how you can easily collect it!
1. COLLECTION SMS
Bring along your one-time collection PIN and ID to the PAXI Point specified in the SMS.
2. BRING ID & PIN
Bring along your one-time collection PIN and ID to the PAXI Point specified in the SMS.
3. SCAN
We’ll scan your parcel and you’re good to go!
