VACANCY: PROPERTY MANAGER x 2
PRETORIA REGIONAL OFFICE
Centurion, Gauteng

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To acquire the most suitable premises in terms of maximum commodity sales at the lowest possible rental rates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Renewal of existing leases
• Negotiate for new stores
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities
• Liaise with landlords
• Presentations to board for approval

KEY REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES
• B.Comm or B.Sc Construction Management
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Property Management
• Exposure to the retail industry would be advantageous
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Well organised and analytically strong
• Willing to travel

POSITION:  Trainee Human Resources Managers
LOCATION:  Western Cape / Gauteng

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To undergo a structured training programme in order to become competent for the position of Regional HR Manager.

OUTPUTS
1. Recruitment and Selection of Store personnel
2. Labour Relations 
3. Coordinated training and development interventions
4. Provide store support and conduct visits
5. Coaching and advice to store personnel

POSITION INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
1. Grade 12 with Mathematics
2. Relevant degree or diploma
3. Computer Literate (MS Office)
4. Analytical, systematic, assertive,  good communication skills, accurate, team player, can cope with stress and take initiative
5. Experience within a retail environment will be an advantage.
6. At least 2 years experience in an HR role
7. Candidates must be willing to undergo in-store training

 

POSITION:   Trainee Regional Manager 
LOCATION: Gauteng / Cape Town
     

PURPOSE: To prepare candidates for senior line management positions within a large retail company through a structured, operational  training programme of at least 18 months.

KEY FOCUS AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales
• Business management (Store-, Area and Regional level)
• Stock Controlling
• Project management
• Supply chain management
• Human resources management

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Postgraduate qualification / relevant degree
• 5 years retail experience on middle management level will be an 
advantage
• Ability to lead and manage people
• Ability to meet organisational goals
• Ability to translate business strategy and be accountable for the
implementation thereof
• Ability to deal comfortably with internal and external customers
• Strong commercial sense
• Ability to work independently within a central decision making model
• Willingness to travel
• Code 08 driver’s licence and own transport
• Willingness to be relocated / transferred during and after training
